MODERN CRANKSHAFTS
Crankshafts are manufactured from a solid billet of our own specification 722M24 or other commercially available aerospace grade steel, we also develop and machine from premium grade Arrow or free issue forgings.
MODERN CONNECTING RODS
Our steel connecting rods are fully machined in-house from our own specification 817M40 double air remelted forgings. For customers with more extreme requirements our carefully developed M2000 steel or 6AL4V titanium material can be utilised.
MODERN CAM FOLLOWERS
Manufactured from nitrided EN40B steel and CNC ground to a working finish of 0.2Ra our followers feature a thin wall section and strengthening rib to minimise weight without compromising durability.
ADDITIONAL MODERN COMPONENTS
Silicon copper valve guides, semi-finished and ground top hat and biscuit shims and lightweight valve train components can all be designed and manufactured to meet your exacting requirements.
