New machine delivery (Oct 2023)

To further enhance our turning capacity in our crankshaft manufacturing department we have recently purchased and commissioned a DN solutions Puma 4100B series lathe,

The PUMA Series is DN Solutions high performance lathe series. we chose this machine as it is designed for heavy and intermittent cutting, accurate production, and premium surface finishes.

This Series has a box guideway structure which prevents vibration and gives it secure dynamic rigidity. It has the highest spindle speed in its class and also delivers powerful cutting capabilities all of which are needed when producing the highest quality crankshafts available in the market.

Our highly skilled CNC operators will now undergo a full 3 day Programming course at the Mills CNC Training Academy in Leamington Spa.
