Design Capabilities

All our designs are produced using the latest SolidWorks CAD software. During the design process we perform several key calculations to optimise the design. This not only allows us to precisely detail strong, elegant designs but also allows us to accurately determine the mass, balance, inertia and basic strength properties before any metal has been cut.

The Arrow design team integrates seamlessly with our manufacturing team who use EdgeCAM to program our 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC machines. For the most demanding applications we can undertake finite element analysis to further evaluate and optimise designs.

We offer our design services to all of our customers no matter how big or small so if you are looking for a bespoke crankshaft or connecting rod we will use our years of experience to produce a product custom-made to your application. We have also produced hundreds of designs for flywheels, cam followers, valve guides and extend our design expertise to anyone seeking bespoke versions.
