Arrow Precision Engineering is an ever evolving company, the key to our success is largely down to the skills and attitude of our team. We are always on the lookout for the right people to fit within our organisation.

Our shop floor is equipped with a large number of machines, the majority being CNC’s, these machines include bed type milling machines, 3 and 4 axis, lathe’s, 5 axis Integrex and CNC grinders. We have manual milling, turning and grinding sections along with hand fettling and dressing sections supporting our manufacturing, we also have two well equipped inspection areas.

Arrow has its own design and programming department, we run 24 hours a day from Monday to Friday in our manufacturing areas, when vacancies become available we tend to look for experienced skilled Machinist Setter/Operators.
