Congratulations to Michael O’Brien on his first Duo BRDC Formula 4 win!

The second meeting of the season was held at Rockingham over the bank holiday weekend.

A wet second race saw Michael hold off the hard-charging Tom Jackson for his maiden Formula 4 win.

This is what Michael had to say…

“It feels great to win. There were difficult conditions but we came good in the race and it was brilliant. I had a nice lead but had to stay calm when the Safety Car came out, get a good getaway and build up my lead again. Tom Jackson was getting close in the final few laps and I made a slight mistake on the final lap but managed to pull away again in the final two corners. It means so much to me to win and it was a great feeling.”
