Dear Customers, Suppliers and Friends

Arrow Precision continues to closely monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and has adopted measures to support our workforce and customer base at this extremely critical and challenging time.

Today I would like to inform you of the following changes that have been made within our business to safeguard the health of our colleagues:

Remote working has been implemented where possible to safeguard colleagues and families at risk and to improve social distancing measures within the workplace
Unnecessary travel has been postponed
Investment in modern IT solutions to support remote working in communicating with colleagues and customers
Improved cleaning operations and social distancing measures within the company premises
Continual monitoring of the guidance given by Public Health England

The senior management team are meeting regularly to review the ongoing situation, we are committed to providing the highest levels of customer service whilst keeping our colleagues and suppliers as safe as possible

Our aim is to maintain a sales and manufacturing presence that supports the needs of our customer base with the minimum possible disruption.
